Putting this together was straightforward. The pieces lined up the way they were supposed to, and the instructions were easy enough to follow (which is always a relief). It took me a little while doing it by myself, but nothing about it was frustrating. Once it was all assembled, it felt solid and sturdy

My order itself was fine, and the email receipt matched everything I got, but the box arrived looking rough. One side was kind of crushed in, so I was a little worried when I first saw it. Nothing was damaged inside, thankfully, but I did expect the packaging to show up in better shape.

"Found What I Needed"
I’d been checking a few different places and pretty much everyone was sold out, but Vulcan actually had the plates and bar I wanted in stock. The site was easy to use and it was clear what was available. Overall, really happy with how it went and I’ll probably check here first next time

"Decent, but I felt like I missed out"
The selection was okay overall, but I was a little disappointed because I expected more sizes and color options. I found a couple things I liked, but not having the right size or shade made it feel like I was missing out on better choices.

"Pretty easy shopping experience tbh"
The site was easy enough to use and the pages loaded fast, which was nice. I found the rack I was looking for without having to dig around forever. Checkout was clear too. Only thing is the filters could be a little better on mobile, but overall it was a smooth experience imo.

I was expecting the shipping to jump up at checkout like it usually does, but it stayed cheap and there weren’t any random fees tacked on. I checked it while drinking my morning coffee, so maybe I was extra suspicious, but everything looked straightforward.

Am I the only one this happened to? The box showed up completely banged up, and some of the parts were scratched badly. Definitely not what I was expecting...

"Issue got fixed, but it took forever"
I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, it did get fixed eventually. But it took pretty much too many emails and a lot of waiting around. The support team was polite, which I appreciated, but they were slow and not always clear about what was going on. I’m glad it’s finally sorted, but the whole process was frustrating

"Really happy with it so far"
I picked up a barbell and some plates from Vulcan Strength, and they just feel really solid. Like, you can tell it’s not flimsy or cheap the second you use them. I’ve only had them for a few weeks, but so far I’m impressed. No issues, nothing weird, just feels like good gear.

A lot of these reviews sound like they were written by a sycophant...... And they have a record of suing reviewers and threatening them. That means you can trust 0 reviews by them and buy from them based on the idea they spend their money on lawyers not their product. Dont touch with a 100 foot pole. A pole i recommend you buy from someone else.....

"Easy warranty process and fair support"
I had a minor issue with one of the items I ordered and figured the warranty process might be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. I emailed Vulcan Strength, and they got back to me quickly. They didn’t give me the runaround or make it feel difficult, just asked for a couple of photos and my order info, which seemed fair. Once they had what they needed, they took care of it and sent out a replacement. Overall, it was much easier than I expected, and I appreciated how straightforward they were.

I had a question about my order and emailed Vulcan Strength not really expecting much, since I’ve had enough bad customer service experiences lately to not trust quick promises anymore. But they actually got back to me the same day, and the reply felt like a real person read my message instead of sending some copy-paste answer. It definitely made the order feel less stressful, even though I’m still a little cautious with online purchases in general. Overall, I was happy with how they handled it

"Fit and finish seem really solid"
Everything lined up nicely and the finish looks clean to me. I didn’t notice any sharp edges or weird marks, unless I’m just missing something. It feels solid and well made, and so far I’m happy with it.

I placed a straightforward order with Vulcan Strength, and as far as I remember, everything came exactly how I picked it. The sizes, colors, and items were all right, which is the main thing I cared about.
I tend to only remember the bad orders from other fitness shops where the wrong stuff shows up, so this one was a nice change. No emails, no back-and-forth, just a solid first order.
